Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy
Classes must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive the class credit back to your account. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will forfeit the class credit.

Doors + Arrival
Doors open approximately 10–15 minutes before class. A 10-minute grace period is allowed after class begins. After that time, the doors will be locked so class can continue without interruption.

Lockers + Personal Belongings
Lockers are available for daily use only. Please take all personal belongings with you after class. The Sculpt Lounge is not responsible for lost or unattended items.

What to Bring
Bring a water bottle and anything you need to feel comfortable during class. You may practice barefoot or wear grip socks.

What We Provide
Mats and class equipment are provided for you.

Clean Up
Please wipe down any mats or equipment you use after class so we can keep the Lounge clean and welcoming for everyone.

Membership Policies
Memberships are recurring and subject to the terms listed at purchase. Unused monthly classes do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Private Lounge Experiences
Private events require advance booking and are subject to separate cancellation and payment terms.

Health + Safety
Please let your instructor know about any injuries, limitations, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect your participation before class begins.
